The Office of Recipient Rights protects the rights granted to recipients of health services.
The mission of the State of Michigan's Recipient Rights is to protect and promote the constitutional and statutory rights of recipients of public mental health services and empower recipients to fully exercise these rights.

Calhoun County Kinship Care Services advocates for and provides supportive services to families raising related children. If you are raising a related child you are eligible for Kinship Care Services through the Foster Adoptive Family Resource & Support Center.

Citizens Alliance To Uphold Special Education (CAUSE) is the Parent Training Information Center for the State of Michigan. CAUSE is a statewide non-profit coalition providing free information, referral, support, advocacy, and workshops to parents and professionals working with children with disabilities and special needs. Disability Network (formerly Disability Resource Center) has been the first stop for people with disabilities and their families in Southwest Michigan since 1981. Our Battle Creek office is located inside the Burnham Brook Community Center at 200 W. Michigan Avenue, Room B, Battle Creek, MI 49017, in downtown Battle Creek.
